Media units designed for audio and television components can be hidden away or left on display. If you want to work at a desk in the room, consider the right size for the space you will have available. Think about where it will look best in the room and make sure there is an electrical outlet close by.
The same applies to selecting and placing a sofa or small chair or a dressing table. The latter needs good natural light for make-up sessions any time of the day.
